“Excellent location with super facilities, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff.”
An excellent location with stunning views and access to the lake. The family room was very well equipped and we were able to meet up to eat after arriving from Geneva airport and Le Shuttle. The family room was very well planned giving privacy for four people sharing the space. I would particularly like to thank the staff who acted swiftly to let me know I had left my watch in the room on departure. The communication was excellent and I was able to arrange collection of the watch on the following Saturday as I made my way home.

“Disappointed and not worth the price”
The spa it’s not working, they know that money days before we arrive and we don’t get any update about that before. Also the bathroom was horrible expiations . After one night the manager moved us to better room but it’s not solved our expiation.

“Lovely hotel, lovely staff, will definitely be back for another stay”
The staff were amazing and all spoke English (and put up with my awful French). The beach was so lovely and the view from the room was fantastic. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was lovely and the portions for dinner were huge (if anything I would have liked smaller portions to manage a pudding more often - would recommend the chocolate brownie). We got in late due to a delayed flight and they still seated us for dinner despite it being the end of service - the staff were so friendly too. Loads of storage space in the room too and the bed was very comfortable.

Modern and nicely decorated. Amazing spot on the lake and close to supermarket, boulangerie and coffee in Duingt. Great spa facilities and massages. Good breakfast. We had the 4 bed apartment which we loved.

Everything! The rooms are very spacious, incredibly clean, comfy bed, beautiful view of the lake. The garden area is a dream, so beautiful. Dinner at the restaurant was also amazing. Staff is very polite and friendly.
