A cozy apartment with a balcony with lake view. it's located in a complex that is directly in front of the Annecy lake and the view is amazing. the restaurant or bar is right in front of the complex so that you don't need to take your car to move from the apartment. Annecy is about 20 minutes by car from the apartment.

It really is an exceptional location right on the lake with a very cool bar right in front. great restaurants within a few minute's walk and a supermarket.

“Beautiful location, exactly as it is described and would be a fantastic base to explore the area.”
Literally an exceptional location overlooking the Lake, next door to a lovely restaurant and beach bar. Everything you could need was within a 10 minute walk and the surroundings are beautiful.
