“If location is your prime objective then go for it. If you need comfort and space, then avoid it.”
The location is just excellent. The view of the lake Annecy is just as beautiful as you see on the booking.com’s photo. It has direct access to the lakeside place, you can enjoy the morning coffee and the afternoon beer with this excellent lakeview in sight. You can travel to nearby places, like Annecy or Talloires; or hike on the Plateau du Semnoz, with the majestic view of the snow append Alpine peaks in the background. The beds were clean and comfortable. There are good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Free parking was nearby.

“Perfect! Would come back for sure!”
We had an excellent stay at this duplex overlooking Lake Annecy. The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views across the water. The private beach was a real highlight — quiet, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing as a family. Our 4-month-old even had her first swim in the lake, which made the trip even more special. The duplex was very well equipped, with air conditioning that was a lifesaver during the heatwave, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine which made things so much easier. A peaceful, memorable stay — we’d love to come back!

View was absolutely stunning from the apartment. Facilities were excellent including a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was amazing and was close to some fantastic mountain walks. Much quieter here but bus stop close enough to travel into Annency.

“Wonderful stay in absolutely stunning location”
Absolutely stunning views of the lake from the apartment. Convenient access for swimming. A comfortable stay for a young family of 4. Apartment has everything you would need. Small grocery walking distance in nearby village. Secure parking. Host was very helpful and friendly.
