“Great facility and location.”
Great location and private access to lake Annecy. Very clean and sweet manager Indra. Owner set up a small cooler as the main A/C isn’t working, which is great.

“Disappointind”
The view, information from booking was inaccurate. 2 skylights one looks at wall the other you had to stand on bed to see the views. Air con broken.lovely location but disappointing apartment

“Great location shame about the apartment”
The location is the main selling point. Next to the lake and convenient to catch a bus into Annecy. Good parking opposite the apartment. Lift to the 2nd floor. Had a washing machine and dishwasher. Shower/toilet area worked well.

“Highly Recommended”
Location is perfect !!!. Private access to Annecy lake and amazing mountain view are excellent. Village Duingt is very quiet and has the best bakery in the World - 200 m from this place. I was my first visit, but I'll back :-)
