Very lovely "village-style" cottage - very cozy. It is a really special place for families - it has a special aura - when we arrived tired after a stressy working week for the weekend to this picturesque house - the stress had gone away. We were able to pick up the key by ourselves from the metal box. A few minutes after our arrival, the owner came to warmly welcome us and showed us everything. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, even spices, salt, sugar, coffee, all staf for included... simply everything feels like home.... Under the house there is a games room with a bar, a spacious seating area for a family party with friends and a smaller room for children, which also has a "football table", darts, archery and other toys and things to play... JBL - large screen TV... we had our beloved 2dogs with us (they are used to living in our house with us - they liked this place very much). In the garden there is a seating area under a roof with a grill and the house has a grassy area with a swing... There was a very friendly cat :) ... We highly recommend the accommodation.

This place was the highlight of our trip to Croatia. Such a beautiful property located in a peaceful neighborhood. All you will hear is the sound of birds and church bells. Mario, our most amazing host, was so kind to allow us to check in at 11am. He sent us a whole list of things to do and places to visit. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable 2 day stay. Our 6year old had alot of fun in the garden outside and with all the toys at the house. Highly recommend this property for a family with young kids.

Visited with 4 of my friends for the weekend. Very serene and peaceful location. You get a house, a gazebo and a cellar alongside with large garden and grill. Also, a lot of amenities for kids. Inside of the house exceptionally well equipped. Short ride from cities of Duga Resa and Karlovac. Nearby rivers and camping sites.

A great place to relax. Everything is perfectly arranged and there are many nice touches. Children were especially happy because there were many opportunities to have fun (archery, table football and other games). There are a lot of rest facilities out of doors and the local cats are very friendly. In addition, in the apartments there are a lot of information about the places of interest in the area.

We were escaping from the noise of a camping and here we found the dream refuge. The property is located in a peaceful and quiet countryside scenery, but both the rivers Mreznica and Dobra, as well as Karlovac if you need a city, are within a 10-15-minute drive. The stylish and cozy wooden cottage is modern and fully equipped. It even has a cellar for enjoying a dinner or wine. Some play items and sports equipment are freely available. A separate decked patio with a fireplace and a big table is ideal for barbecues. Hosts were super nice and helpful. We loved staying here and would return any time.
