The property was immaculate, roomy and exceptionally comfortable. All the additional personal quirky touches gave it a distinctive homely feel. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and were very accommodating during our stay.

A lovely (if quirky) renovated Grade II listed property, with no attention to detail spared. Andrew was hugely welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Decent breakfast. Fantastic bathroom.

Dufftown is set in Speyside (north eastern Scotland) in the Highlands. Many whisky distilleries nearby. Very good Indian food restaurant and local whisky bar with good food. Very friendly people. Safe little town to take evening walks. Little Robin is a fabulous place, you step into another (Victorian) world of splendour and elegance. Do take time to explore all the charming details in your room and dining room. So precious with all the decorations chosen with utmost care und exquisite taste. The bathroom is a dream. Take a leisurely bath in the freestanding bathtub with the lion's paws. A spacious shower is also installed. We appriciated the fragrant towels and the wonderful handsoap. Have a seat in the beautiful dining room in the morning and enjoy the scrumptious breakfast served and cooked by Andy. We will never forget the welcoming warmth of Little Robin and its owners.

Gosh! This place was amazing! Little Robin is elegant & Beautiful! It's a historic building that the family masterly renovated, keeping all the vintage charm of past-time beauty, while providing the modern conveniences of the 21st century. The rooms are spacious & expertly designed. They each have different styles & themes. The bathrooms were massive (almost as big as the bedrooms) and the Blue Tit Room had an extra deep couch that you can nap in very comfortably. Andy was our host & he was informative and welcoming. You can tell that they have a deep care to make everyone's experience and stay top notch. It was our favorite stay out of the 7 lodgings on our 2 week trip through Scotland and we would recommend it unconditionally! It should be the highest rated lodging in Dufftown.

little Robin is a amazingly charming place to stay. The old victorian house has been renovated with loads of heart. Rooms are decorated with fantasy and taste. Andy and his family take care for their guests and the breakfast is a real delight.

An impeccably restored, picture-perfect B-listed property. Before our check-in Andy sent us a message detailing local services, which we used to plan our (delicious) dinners and travel around the area; this was extremely helpful. The room itself was wonderful, with excellent views over the local hills and gorgeous, sensitively restored period and mid-century furniture. The little details like the carved window frames, the cornicing, the plasterwork and the decoration made this a uniquely memorable experience which will have us coming back year after year. The bathroom in the room we were in is the nicest bathroom I have ever seen in either a B&B or a hotel, with a gigantic standing bath which my 6"1' self could relax in with ease. Every item and decoration in both rooms had clearly been thought about, and the overall effect felt absolutely luxurious. This was a consistent theme throughout our stay here - Andy has clearly put an enormous amount of effort into making sure his guests have the experience they want, and it really, really shows. Andy is a friendly person and good cook, whose attention to detail extended to the delicious breakfasts we ate, where every item had been cooked well. The mushrooms in particular had been seasoned and cooked properly - nobody ever gets those right but I would've eaten a bowlful. The dining room is stocked with antique furniture and dainty little cups with bone china so fine you can see through it, and breakfast was presented superbly. I asked for chilli sauce the first day and Andy grabbed me some then, and it was waiting for me on the second day, which was genuinely touching. Another excellent touch is the gramophone-style music player in the dining room playing old music, which was a delightful accompaniment to breakfast. I genuinely could not fault my experience here. Andy could charge double the price and it'd still be a bargain.

A talented family that have done an amazing job renovating the interior of the building. They give attention to detail in hospitality and design. Our stay at Little Robin B&B was excellent. The owners made us feel welcome right from the off. Everything was immaculate. Cleanliness, decoration and presentation superb, in fact the house is beautiful. Also Andy is the perfect host and his family were lovely and could not have been more helpfull.

Yet to stay anywhere nicer in Dufftown than the Robin Inn. Exceeded expectations. Rooms are decorated beautifully and are immaculate… not a speck of dust! Recommend everyone to stay here!
