Room is located in a private house with really nice family. You are living door to door next to the owners. They are very helpful and very communicative. In front of the house there is a private and fenced parking, which is great. Anyone can sit in the garden and rest after long days in travel or in Venice. The room is really modern, clean and equipped in AC and TV. There is private bathroom. The town is not very far, like 10-15min walk from the house, so it's possible to eat something there, as eating or drinking in the room is not allowed.

“Excellent and smooth excperience”
As I came in, the room was air conditioned which is very considerate from the host. Lucio, the host offered to drive me wherever I wanted to go since I didn’t have a car and it was boiling hot outside

“Good place to stay, nice owners and very clean and modern”
Excellent clean room, really clean. All facilities you would expect for a good B&B. Owner is very nice and can speak pretty good English. House has only one B&B room so no other noises. Breakfast was simple but for the price, it was good.

The hosts were absolutely delightful - friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was spotlessly clean, new, and functional. Their pet dog was very pleasant and not at all intimidating. Breakfast was typical Italian - biscuits and jam, but the coffee was delicious and could be enjoyed with a beautiful view. The location is perfect if you're planning to explore the Emilia-Romagna region, or just need a pit-stop as it's conveniently located next to the highway (despite which it was very quiet). Overall, this was an exceptionally enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend this place to other travelers.

“Nice stay for one night or two”
The House, the garden, the room are very nice. There is a 10-15min walk to the village center where you have some restaurants for the dinner
