Very comfy bed and pillows. Clean and a nice bathroom. Central Lapad. Bus stop just around the corner for Dubrovnik. Great pool to cool off. Breakfast in Mama Mia was very good with friendly staff.

“Great to explore Old Town Dubrovnik and then relax at the nearby beach”
The host Anita is a delightful lady, extremely helpful and eager to talk about this lovely property. We did not want to stay in the Old Tiwn and although this property is quite a distance away from OT it is easily reachable by No 6 bus. Breakfast is taken off site at Mamma Mia restaurant, 100 metre walk, excellent staff and food

“I would stay here again if I was to return to Dubrovnik and would highly recommend.”
Very convenient location - easy walk to bus number 6 which runs frequently to Dubrovnik old town. Many restaurants within a few minutes walk but quiet . Bed very comfortable. Good shower . A coffee machine with very good coffee ! Anita was extremely friendly and helpful .

“Beautiful room in a wonderful preserved villa.”
Location was perfect...away from the hustle and bustle of old town ( within walking distance for two 77 year olds). We werew there during off season and it was very quiet and always with exceedingly kind attention from Anita. The breakfast (at the restaurant Mamma Mia) was good...from a set menu that was fine for breakfast.

“Lovely villa - bad breakfast!”
The host was absolutely lovely! The villa is also really lovely and in a great location. We were there for our honeymoon. We felt for the price that the breakfast was really poor. We opted not to take the breakfast the last two days. The breakfast does not match the accommodation as per the majority of the reviews. We probably wouldn't stay again unless they can do something to improve the breakfast offering.

“A great base for exploring Dubrovnik”
This was a great base to explore Dubrovnik. The room in the house was great and keyless access works very well. The surrounding area has a range of restaurants and is very near Lapad beach. We used the bus to travel in and out of the old town - very handy and efficient, but also good to leave the biz and get some peace and the villa.

“Comfortable stay in quality environment”
V much peaceful haven. Really nice building, room very big, great balcony, quirky pool (great if only 2 people using it), lots of shade by pool, receptionist (Anita) extremely helpful, parking on-site. All in all, great.

“Amazing g break away!”
Villa Filaus was spotless, comfortable and in an excellent location. The hostess was so kind and gave us a detailed map and many good recommendations. The use of More Hotel was the icing on the cake.

Really spacious and well appointed m room, cozy, spotlessly clean, the balcony that feels very private, and above all Anita - the loveliest, the most helpful host you could only wish for.
