Really great location. Right in the centre of old town. Very clean and it’s a good size space. The owners were lovely too.

The location could not be more perfect, 30-40m from the Main Street in the old town. Many places in the old town have a lot of stairs to get up (no elevators). We stayed on the 1st floor so only 1 flight of stairs. The building was beautiful inside and out, classic Croatian style, but had modern conveniences. Could not recommend highly enough. We were expecting it to be noisy but once we closed the windows it was amazing how it blocked out the noise. Obviously very well built with quality in mind.

Very good and cozy romantic appartement. Like a boutique. The room so clean and modern with all kind of colours. Location in the city centre and 200 meters from the entrance. You don't have to take stairs with your luggage. Super friendly staff. They helped us with everything. Easy to go in and out the appartment. Big bed and enough towels in the bahtroom and the goiod smell of lavendel.

Location is very good, if you come from Pile gate then you don’t have to climb stairs to reach the property. The room had everything we need. They also provided some breakfast buns and snacks bars. I loved how they have optimised the room space to create bedroom, living space, kitchen and bathroom.

Apartment location and facilities were superb, instructions from the hosts to get there with no stairs were key and very helpful.

Easy to get to. Close to the Pillar gates and minimal stairs.. Air conditioning was wonderful. Greeted by a very genail and helpful host. Well positioned to see all the sites.

Location was perfect. Literally right on the door step of all of the old town - beautiful old setting in an old building. The property interior is almost new and had everything we needed. Air con was great. Comfortable bed. Good fridge, storage and cooking facilities. Leonarda and her family were very friendly and helpful hosts.

Well located, clean and with friendly welcoming service from the fabulous family that run the apartments and Studio. When we needed them they were on hand and always a pleasure to deal with. Simple clean lines, great shower and sufficient cooking place. With shooing, restaurants and bars all over-priced it was a surprise to find such a well priced property - even (with COVID) if it tools us 2.5 years to finally get here. (thanks to the family for accommodating the changes!)

“perfect location, super value for money”

I usually don’t write reviews but I wanted to share the amazing experience we’ve had at Leaonarda! The location is perfect, a few steps from the main street with nice shops, bars, restaurants, also close to the beach. We reached all parts of the city within a few mins. The Hosts were very nice, we arrived early in the morning (9am)and could drop off out luggage, got a recommendation for a nice brunch spot in 40m. We were lucky and could get our appartment in 1,5 hours already, which was highly appreciated after an early morning flight! We were at the attic appartment, which was spacious enough for 3 girls, a lot of spaces for our products in the bathroom, spaciois kitchen with all the necessarily equipments (which we did not use). we’ve even had some coffe capsules and croissant prepared for us, which is a nice touch. The apartment was very nicely decorated and immaculate, super clean,with more than enough storage (we stayed for 2 nights only). Bed linens and towels were super nice quality, as well. Beds were super comfortable, even the pull-out sofa in the living room, where they’ve added an extra cover matrace for better comfort. Again, a very nice touch as I have the same model at home for my guests and indeed without this extra cover it is not the most comfortable bed… The only thing that you need to keep in mind is that the appartment is in the attic, with no elevator, but we did not mind some exercise after the nince dinners in town :) The building itself is also very nice, old building in the middle of town, renovated with nice quality materials. I loved the design and that they’ve kept parts of the old building and walls, also the story of each apartment on the door, reflecting the city’s and the building’s history.

Location was excellent. Host was very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Dubrovnik to stay with them.

Really comfortable and decent size room, super clean and all amenities that you may need. Owner stayed up waiting for us and explained everything very well, were super kind and available on WhatsApp. The breakfast was great! And plenty of towels and a very clean room. Location is good if only the noise outside was reduced or windows sound proofed as the ear plugs provided didn’t quite help us sleep.

The location was excellent, right in the city.
