“Completely mismanaged!”
You arrives to reception, as it was advised, and go to there, but blocking the road, as there is one line only. Receptionist is working with another guests, everything takes long, other cars are horning. What would you fill like then? After checking your passport and your reservation the receptionist just tells you to drive to parking, giving you no entrance card. You have to drive out of the building, move around city for 5-10min and get to parking on the other side of the building. After the gateman clear your plate number with a receptionist they will let you in. Then you have to find a parking lot, which also not easy, but ok. Our parking lot size was in between two columns, where are no parking slots normally. Our car is big, we couldn't fit in. Then you have to wait at the door to wait if someone will pass by and open the door for you into the building from parking. Once you are in the room THEN only you will get cards for the parking!!!!! But funniest thing is that anyone could pass into the building to the elevator and go out passing by reception without being asked anything! So, why all those troubles then? Why not just let us in at the first place, take cards and go for parking? At 3pm there still cleaning was going on. At 11am exactly someone already banging at your door. Poor! To buy an apartment and hire cleaners is not all you have to do for your customers, but take care about the processes!

The location and unit are as shown in the pictures. is near everything. we took the shooter to the place to Dubai Mall. It was perfect feel free and easy access to everything. The owner is very kind and helpful. Call us to help us to the right location coz we were dropoff at the wrong hotel😂
