“Zeshawn is amazing at his job!”
Zeshawn is a gem! Amazing and passionate at his job. This gentleman really deserves a raise! The bed was amazingly comfy. The items provided were good quality and not limited and met my needs. I was really comfortable.

I paid for breakfast with my booking. Upon arrival they insisted it was not included and I had to pay additional costs. When I showed evidence that I had already paid for breakfast, they promised me a refund but I never got it.

“Not worthy”
For a Marriott they need to go a long way. Nothing to do with other Marriotts we have stayed in. Poor comfort, poor service.

I booked it to include breakfast. Upon arrival, I had to pay an additional fee for breakfast to be included even though it was stated in my booking confirmation to have already been paid for.

“It was ok but we expected a much better experience especially on the house keeping side”
The breakfast buffet and dinner were very good, the range was excellent, and the staff were so helpful and alert. The menu items were well prepared and well presented. The plates and cutlery were well polished.

The location wasn't too bad as we were 12 mins away from Dubai Hills Mall. The table tennis facility was nice on the podium floor. The grocery store inside the hotel was convenient too. The 2 bedroom was spacious as well.
