“Another Great Stay at Rotana”
We stayed for one night and had a really good experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff were very welcoming. Special thanks to Daryl at the reception for upgrading our room. It was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. This was our second time staying at a Rotana hotel, our first was at Al Bandar Rotana, and both experiences have been great. We look forward to coming back again. 😊

Polite staff HK supervisor came to check if everything was up to mark Complimentary drinks given during checkin since the room was not ready at checkin time.. very sweet gesture considering the climate n the fact we came through the heat Food at the flavor restaurant was very nice Pool area was neat n clean

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The renovated room was beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from. The restaurant staff were kind, attentive, and always willing to help. I enjoyed every part of my stay, and it was a lovely holiday experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable.

My entire stay was perfect. I had half-board, so breakfast and either lunch or dinner were included. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. For lunch or dinner, you can go to the hotel restaurant, which offers a wide variety of high-quality options. The location is excellent, with a metro stop less than 5 minutes away. The pool is in a separate building from the rooms, but this isn't a problem since you don't actually have to go out the main entrance (it has sun loungers, parasols, and they provide towels). Room service and all the hotel staff were very helpful with anything you needed; they didn't mind extending my checkout time at all. There's a souvenir shop inside the hotel with all sorts of things, and the shopkeeper is very kind.

nothing, i waited long time (6 hours) after checkin to clean the room, but then i entered, tge dust was everywhere and nothing was clean. They give us a free lunch but me and my family are poisoined
