I had an amazing experience with the hotel ambience great service very welcoming and the great service from İbrahim sadam and ali from the recieption i got good experience whenever i need something they make sure i get everything out of it without hesitation and delay i wonder this people working so hard for customer satisfaction and very friendly I wish they deserve five start and above thank u for making my stay pleasent

The hotel has very poor service, believe me, I called them three times from the room and they did not provide me with anything. And the second thing is that their reception guy named Raheel is very rude and has not responded to anything. They were even talking as if we were begging them.
