“Need to be better in facilities”
I had a wonderful experience at Royal Ascot Hotel, and I would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by the receptionist team. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine professionalism. The receptionist was extremely courteous, attentive, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. It’s clear that the front desk staff are dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality.

rooms are too dark need more option of lights, rooms smells humid, ac making noise, room service doesn't have a fix time to makeover, reception should have some more staff to attend to clients.

good hotel and good staff they where very helpful and visit again. good location and i have stayed several times at this property and they have been always good
