Everything was truly outstanding — from the cleanliness and organization to the overall comfort. My experience exceeded expectations, and I would confidently rate the hotel 10/10. “Ritz Carlton DIFC is the place to be”
I honestly liked everything. The location, the premise and above all the staff. The staff are so friendly like all of them starting from Anil Kumar by the main entrance who was so friendly and so helpful to the receptionists (all of them) and all the way to the lounge Mr. Eihab and his colleague. I also can’t remember the names but the room service who brought me some sweet in the afternoon (maybe Ela? Ele?) from Myanmar was so kind and the lounge staff as well like the bar tender in white jacket. Just all of them. I checked out with Pradeep. He was so kind as well and i could see tha some guests who just arrived were looking for him.

“Great New Year's Eve stay”
We stayed in the Executive Suite for New Year's Eve and the room was really comfy. Really well located for DIFC and Downtown which was the intention to avoid having to navigate NYE traffic. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in and our room was ready early.

“Great location with amazing Hotel restaurants.”
We had a verybpleasant stay and would stay again. The location was the best part being able to walk into the heart of difc from the hotel and having every well know restaurant so nearby. Its close to dubai mall and easy access to other areas. The restaurants in the hotel itself were amazing with great food special mention to “Cake” great for breakfast or an inpromtu meal.. and “Gloria Osteria” lovely italian restaurant with a great vibe. Cafe Belge was fun and happening. I would recommend the breakfast buffet at Cara it had a good variety. The room was comfortable and we had a lovely view of the Museum of the Future Housekeeping was very good and efficient and made our stay pleasant

Special thanks to Hussain at the reception—he is highly professional, always helpful, and assists guests with a warm smile.
