I never got my room, they proposed to relocate me in other hotel , I refused, so they proposed me to cancel , I did, but from their side they did nothing, they could have warned me in advance that the hotel was understaffed and could not accommodate us. This would have avoided the travel the waiting at reception, to finally walk away and go to another hotel, their is no excuse

“This hotel is an absolute scam!”
Beware - this hotel is a scam!!! Pretending to be a 5-star hotel and luring customers with cheap prices in the middle of a war situation, while you’re not even allowed to get out of the taxi and are immediately taken to one of their “sister hotels,” claiming that renovation work is currently being carried out, while there were plenty of guests in the hotel. This hotel treats you like you just arrived in a hostel or even worse.
