“Honest, clean and good value for 1-2 low cost Business nights”
Staff is always great and corrected my booking mistake - room was spacious and clean . Breakfast is decent and gym is bit small but enough and very clean generally this is a well run and good value for money place that allows you to escape from the madness of Dubai driving when you need to stay for meetings and has a chilled out downtown feel - don't expect super lux but it's honest, service is very good and it's clean

I absolutely loved my stay at Number One Tower Suites. The location was excellent, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the food was consistently very good. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Bathroom wash area has to be seperated and if induction is provided then cioking utensils with microqave to be provided in single studio with waahing machine like 2 bhk apartment

“Great location, minor disappointments”
Great stay at Number One Tower. Very good location on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to metro and Dubai Mall. Room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Would stay again.

“Good location right in the geografical center of the city, value for money”
Staff are very friendly. I had a late flight and the personnel let me stay extra 1.5 hours for free and let me leave my luggage in the lobby.

“A very friendly, no-fuss place – highly recommended”
The room was very spacious and with a fantastic view over Sheikh Zayed Rd on one side and the other the Burj Khalifa. But what made my stay exceptional were the staff at reception and I also enjoyed the Levant breakfast. The hotel is right next to Financial Center Metro which made moving around easy.
