Awesome location. Everything at the same building. No need to go outside at all Marina Mall with shops, good restaurants and a fine grocery store (Waitrose), gym and a large pool with parties - all in one building.

The gym, pool and marriott lobby were fantastic. Marriott restaurant provided a 20% discount to the residents in the building and their buffet was brilliant. All hotel staff were helpful, even though we weren’t staying in the hotel but in the residence building (a bit confusing at first but there is a different lift for hotel guests and the residence guests). The residence staff were attentive, even went above and beyond to provide us a surprise for our stay!

The apartment is in a fantastic location—just steps away from the metro and only a 15-minute walk to JBR public beach. Most major tourist attractions are about 20 to 30 minutes away by taxi . It’s part of a hotel complex, so you have the option to add breakfast (for an extra fee). The building also offers access to an amazing pool free of charge, and there is a direct entrance to SC Marina Mall, which was extremely convenient. Located on the 19th floor, the apartment offers stunning views of the Marina. Thanks to the height, we didn’t hear any noise from the lively area below, which made our nights peaceful and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep.

We were greeted and met by the Host, a lovely and professional lady, They tried to expedite the cleaning of the rooms (we arrived at early morning flight, and were able to hang around by the pool area until room was ready for us)!

The apartment was well maintained. It had everything that is needed for the short term stay. View is great, swimming pool is abolutely awesome (heated one). Gym, sauna are great as well. I highly recommend.

I can’t fault this property, from the owner to the staff - everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating, from organising luggage storage and accomodating an earlier arrival time (even after it was not included). They went above and beyond in every way possible (eg. Ease of check in to recommendations) - I really couldn’t have asked for more. The location is brilliant for Dubai Marina in general, and the mall in particular - the facilities such as pool are all able to be used. Aside from a different entrance and the benefit of an apartment versus a hotel room; it’s as if you’re staying at the hotel. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Apartment was a great size for a few nights. I’m quite picky when it comes to accomodation, location etc - and I’d 100% recommend this place, and stay here again.

The apartment was in a perfect location and close to restaurants and supermarkets it was very clean and the balcony was perfect for morning and evening just watching the world go by We will be back thank you for a wonderful stay

The location is awesome, highly recommend staying here. 10 min walk to the beach, direct access to Marina mall (supermarket) and metro (red line) near by. JW marriott pool and gym access included, which are awesome as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back for sure 🙂🙂🙂

Me and my family utterly loved the apartment. The apartment is arranged in a way to make guests’ s stay very comfortable and convenient. It got everything you need for self-catering and suitable for long stays. The bathroom is spacious, well maintained, got a shower, bathtub and a big window with Marina view. The view from both rooms is breathtaking, especially during nighttime, when Dubai Marina is lit all over. The bed, the couch and pillows provided are very comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping, dining and walking. The apartment itself is situated in a 5-star hotel building so the facilities (spa, pool, gym, etc) are of the hotel. It has a direct access to Marina shopping mall, where also a big supermarket is located on the ground floor. The host of the apartment is extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient. My special thanks for Shaiesta, who made my stay very easy and memorable. I highly recommend this apartment for stay while in Dubai and hope to come back again.

Great location to Dubai Marina and Mall Pool access to the JW Marriott Wane by Somiya was amazing ! Fantastic host - very friendly and helpful with storing luggage before and after check out times! Also send lots of great tips for experiencing Dubai! Would stay again!
