“Terrible facilities dubious organization”
Room was bang average with old fittings and facilities. Crumbling on the walls etc. Still, comfortable beds.

Views are exceptional, nice beach 2 min walk from the property, huge swimming pool with excellent views. Great supermarket downstairs. Close to rail station. Overall, you can’t wish for better location.

“Lovely apartment at great location with pool and private beach…”
We picked this apartment more for the location as it had a pool but also access to a private beach, as did not want to compete with the crowds at JBR. This turned out to be a great decision as the (very clean) private beach was empty most days and very peaceful with lovely views across the bay and endless yachts passing back and forth to marina. Downtown, the Marina and JBR all easily accessible using Careem taxi app (which you can also use to order takeaway) with no issues or delays with any of the taxis. The apartment was quite sparse of furniture but big and roomy and perfect for our needs. It has a great whopping Smart TV with guest Netflix and also spare HDMI ports for your own devices if required. We had an issue with door lock and some loose fittings and fixtures in bathroom but these were quickly and expertly dealt with by the residence focal point Michael. The apartment has nice big balcony with great views again of the bay although the sun only shines here in the morning. There is also a small convenience store within the building which provides all manner of food, snacks and household items that you may require for short break. Overall we were delighted with not only the the cleanliness and standard of the apartment but also the location and support provided when needed. We also received our deposit back within a day of leaving. We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment or location.

“Perfect holiday!”
Everything! The apartament was huge, the balcony perfect and Umar, our guest manager was very helpful. The beach was amaizing.
