The room is very small and has an unpleasant odor. No toiletries are provided, and the loud music from the square outside is very noisy.

“Regret having selected this property”
Reception not answering outside calls, unbearable smoke smell in the room, very noisy till 4am because of 4 night clubs in the facility and unable to get sleep. Does not look suitable for decent family. Wondering how 4 Star mentioned in booking.com, deserves less than 3 Star. Because of not being able to sleep we had to move to another hotel, losing the money. Booking.com did not reply to our complaint.

The only positive aspect was the location, which is convenient and central. There was a Nepali Guy who cleaned the room was nice.
