“Best hotel in the area”

Though area may seem chaotic but is fairly safe. Hotel is in a great location as it is near the metro and restaurants and groceries just down the building. But compared to other hotels nearby, this is the best in terms of cleanliness, modern design and complete facilities (kitchenette with microwave and kettle). Plus very helpful and friendly staff. Overall a great value for money. Would definitely recommend ;)

“Clean and Cosy in the heart of Deira”

Clean and cosy apartment with own bathroom, small kitchen corner, sink, microwave, fridge and cattle. Two washing machines and one dryer on same floor outside of room. I felt very comfort there. Lucky also with quiet neighbours. I stayed in total around 7 days. First booking always two days, when I like it, I extend. So I extended another 5 days. The rooms are only cleaned when demanded. For me ok. Cleaning tool for dust cleaning available in the room. Rubbish bin you put outside of your door in the evening and next morning at around 8 am it is cleaned. The apartment is in the heart of Deira. Not everybody likes the environment, lot of Pakistani and Indian in furniture business around, mosque is around the corner but for me it's okay. I enjoy the choices of food and shopping for reasonable prices and no need for a car as everything is within walking distance. Reception people are very friendly and helping. Mr. Basi was always kind and helpful. I would definitely come again.

Clean apartment with a little kitchen. It was easy to find the apartment, just look for the table in street 21C or follow Google maps.

The pictures uploaded on Booking.com are absolutely contrary to what is in real. The room was so small that it won't worth the money I paid for.
