Friendly and fast problems solving staff. Location is good near to almost every daily needs, tension free environment and hallway smelling nice.

Please check the room in person before you collect the keys in all aspects, mainly AC. AC will be there, but it will not come to your bed and the service personnel do not agree this. Comfy room without proper AC is difficult on a vacation.

“The worst hotel I ever stayed in”

This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. To begin with, the service at reception was extremely poor. I was left waiting for over 15 minutes while the reception area was completely empty. Only after I approached the receptionist to ask about the delay did he begin the check-in process. While there was an issue with my check-in due to me not having my physical ID (I had digital copies and my driving license), I understand that policies must be followed. However, the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — not at all what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, another staff member (possibly a manager) came, but his behavior was no better. He was visibly irritated, at one point even stopping himself from using inappropriate language. Throughout this, I remained calm and polite, which made their attitude even more disappointing. The only staff member who showed proper customer service was an Arab gentleman, who eventually helped resolve the issue professionally. The room itself was in terrible condition. The phone was not working, the bedding was unacceptable — just a bedsheet and duvet, both heavily stained. The bathroom was unhygienic, with a dead insect crushed on the door and cockroaches present. The entire room felt dusty and poorly maintained. Overall, this hotel does not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality, let alone 4-star expectations. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place. The relevant authorities should seriously investigate the hygiene and authenticity of this hotel.

We likes the room it was small but was enough.

The staff was polite and responsive once we reported the issue, and they prepared the children’s bed quickly. The location of the hotel is also convenient.

Bathroom were not tidy Room had some kind of odor.
