We had a truly wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel, and what made the experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality and attention to detail from the staff. A very special thank you to Ms. Jessa ♥️ at the reception for her professionalism, kindness, and warm personality. She generously upgraded all of our rooms, arranged a late check-out for us, and went above and beyond by preparing a beautiful special touch for one of the honeymoon rooms, which meant so much to us and made the stay even more memorable. Jessa ♥️ is incredibly polite, patient, and has remarkable social and emotional intelligence that makes guests feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. We would also like to thank Fahad and Michael from the luggage service team for their excellent assistance, professionalism, and friendly attitude throughout our stay. In addition, the ladies at the lobby café were absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, attentive, and providing outstanding service with a smile. This stay truly reflected the meaning of genuine hospitality, and we sincerely appreciate the effort and care shown by the entire team.

The location is ideal for being next to the Mall of Dubai and Burj Khalifa. Tasty breakfast and for three nights is quiet varied. Good pressure of the warm water in the shower. The bed is very comfortable-large and soft. Nice basket of fruits as a compliment. The club downstairs is amazing-beautiful design and atmosphere.
