“AVOID THIS PLACE”
Nothing it's a very shady hotel. Lobby and the floors stink of cigarettes. Some real dodgy characters hang around the hotel. The actual rooms are in a very pitiful state and look Nothing compared to the hotel's website. We checked in and checked out straight away. Wasted $100 AUD.. Rooms have cockroch infestation

Hues Boutique Hotel in Dubai used to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The management was always professional, kind, and attentive to guests, creating a truly luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. I have been a loyal customer for over five years. However, things have changed dramatically since the management was updated. It seems they have become greedier, with no regard for guest comfort or cleanliness. Parking is no longer available for guests, the rooms have become dirty—especially the curtains—and there are cockroaches in the bathrooms and on the floors. The worst part is the attitude of the management, which now seems more interested in profit than in providing quality service and guest satisfaction. I sincerely hope they return to their former standards of excellence.
