Dear Hotel Management, I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which was my third stay with you. First, the check-in process was delayed, and I did not receive my room until around 3:30 PM. Upon entering the first room, I found that it was not properly cleaned. There were small mosquitoes in the room, likely coming from the nearby housekeeping area. Additionally, the refrigerator was not working. I tried calling the reception for more than two hours, but no one answered the phone. On the one occasion when my call was answered, no action was taken regarding my concerns. I then went to the reception desk personally, but there was still no response. After visiting reception again and expressing my frustration, the staff finally arranged a room change. The second room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and everything was working perfectly. However, it took a considerable amount of time and effort before any action was taken to resolve the issues. Overall, I believe the hotel is good, but the quality of the guest experience seems to depend on the room assigned and the responsiveness of the staff. As a returning guest, I was disappointed with the initial experience but satisfied with the replacement room. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future guests.

Hotel okay.. Room clean and good not bad .toilet clean and all complete soup. Coffee. But water 3dirham should free .. No one call me to remind will check out on 2pm I was sleep..all hotel the call ahead of time.. Yet .due to I was sleeping.. I need to pay more 100 to extend u til 6pm .
