“SCAMMMM Terrible apartment and staff”
The worst property I’ve ever stayed at, with the rudest staff!! The apartment had a weird smell, the bathrooms are old with a hole in the ceiling above the shower which is dodgy!! The water is just boiling there’s no chance to change from cold to hot. The balcony was filthy with a ripped chair. I really wouldn’t recommend. A lot of dodgy people always in the lobby.

“Excellent stay and great location!”
The location was amazing — very close to the Burj Khalifa, with many shops and small stores nearby where we could easily buy breakfast items, snacks, or coffee. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well prepared. We especially appreciated that the additional beds were already set up with proper bedding and blankets as we requested. We have stayed in some five-star hotel before where sofa beds were available but not prepared with bedding, so this attention to detail made a big difference. The staff were wonderful — very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

“Fantastic location- across a narrow road from access to Dubai Mall with good quality rooms.”
We arrived at 7am so it was before staff were available but the security guy helped us out and let us leave our bags and they messaged us at 8am to say they had a room ready for early check in for a 1/3 day fee. The rooms were pretty cheap anyway but of good standard. The rooms were clean, comfortable and a good quality.
