“💎 Beyond 10/10 – a lifetime memory in the heart of Dubai”
A truly surreal, once-in-a-lifetime experience at the highest level. The apartment is simply breathtaking – it’s almost impossible to imagine a more spectacular view of the Burj Khalifa. Watching the city from here feels unreal. The location is outstanding: everything is easily reachable on foot, including the Dubai Mall and the area around the Burj, which feels far more atmospheric and alive than having direct mall access. Service and communication were flawless. The small deposit was returned quickly and effortlessly, and parking is included with absolutely no issues. My only problem: I can only give 10 points. None of my previous 10/10 stays come even close. This is not just a place to stay – it’s a lifetime memory. We stayed for three nights just before New Year’s Eve, and it was pure magic.

“Burj Royale”
The apartment was very comfortable and exceptionally clean the views are amazing from this apartment of the Burj Khalifa( unfortunately the fountains are under renovations but I'm sure the views of the fountains would be amazing). The apartment is a few minutes walk to the Dubai Mall, from here it's a 15 min walk to the metro line but the walk is fully indoors with air conditioning. The agents who look after the apartment are excellent and are available should you have any issues.

Fantastic location. Amazing view of the Burj Khalifa and nightly light shows. Very comfortable beds and great to have two bathrooms for a family of 4. Great communication from host and they were very polite. Short walk to the Mall which is important on hot days. No public transport needed.

Perfect location in Downtown Dubai, a few minutes walk to Dubai Mall. The view is spectacular especially at night when the lights of Burj Khalifa are on. The facilities are great, the bedrooms are big and comfortable and there’s enough space for everything, the two bathrooms are a big plus. I would definitely stay here again!
