Located in Dubai, near City Walk Mall, FAM Holiday Homes - City Walk Mall offers exceptionally brilliant and contemporary holiday home apartments. The units come with parquet flooring and feature a fully equipped kitchen (a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine etc) a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and all en suite private bathrooms with towels. The guests have access to a fitness centre, with complimentary WiFi also being available on all of our units. The apartment also offers an outdoor pool. Burj Khalifa is at a distance of 1 kms from FAM Holiday Homes - City Walk, and is 15-minutes walk away from the venue. A beautiful and spacious apartment in what I consider to be one of the best areas in Dubai, City Walk. The apartment has everything you would need as amenities. The friendly staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and helped out when we had a slight issue with the apartment. Special thanks to Abdul Rehman and Bernard Fernandes. Both are top guys and judging by other reviews, genuine and caring for the guests.

“Family friendly luxury in the heart of Dubai”
We stayed here while our AC was getting cleaned and it was perfect for a family as there was plenty of space for the kids whilst still being comfortable for adults. The pool is nice and shaded in the afternoon and the location is ideal next to all the amenities at City Walk (without being exposed to any of the noise). Staff were friendly and helpful. We were concerned about the deposit we needed to put down for damages (understandable as being close to the arena, it might likely attracts big groups) but all was reimbursed swiftly. The apartment also included a push chair, high chair, bunk beds so would be great for tourists visiting Dubai with young kids.

The apartment was exactly as advertised with modern furniture and accessories making our stay comfortable and homly. There was a smart TV which allowed us to sign into our Netflix account and enjoy as a family. City walk itself is an amazing location with low rise buildings and an abundance of outdoor restaurants and shopping. I had requested an early check-in which was a breeze thanks to Bernard who was also a great help in getting a late check out (for a nominal charge) and helping with the luggage. We were able to get more out of our stay because of his tips and information.

The location, space and most of all the service was excellent! Specifically Bernard who supported us from the time we arrived until we left. He was waiting for us outside when we arrived, helped us in and sent us all the important information we needed to enjoy our stay. He was truly remarkable!
