The price for the villas are outstanding and not worth the money whatsoever. The customer service of the staff including the manager was horrendous. Being a concierge / lifestyle manager myself and my customers were not happy with the service of this booking Whatsoever!

“Loved it”

Beautiful, spacious villa with an amazing infinity pool overlooking the golf course. The villa was well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. Travelling with young children we very much appreciated the washing machine and additional amenities such as a high chair and baby cot. Our 3 and 5 year olds loved the kids club, most notably Sonia. They wanted to go every day and spend a couple of fun hours there!

Wonderful retreat in the heart of Dubai. Oasis in the middle of the city with great facilities and staff. We had some marveluous days in this green lush paradise where you can walk or bike everywhere and have plenty of choices for lunch and dinner! It will be our place in Dubai! The services provided were top-notch, with 24 hour service available whenever we needed it. ‏The villa itself was impeccably clean and beautifully designed with high-end finishes and furniture. The private pool was a particular highlight, providing a refreshing respite from the warm weather. We also appreciated the availability of 24 hour golf carts, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. ‏For those who enjoy sports, there were also paddle and tennis areas available, as well as a children's pool for families with kids. The golf area was also fantastic, with a great course that was well-maintained and enjoyable to play on. ‏But what really made our stay memorable was the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone we encountered was always smiling and eager to help, especially Jassim, who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of during our stay. ‏Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation. The services, amenities, and staff were all exceptional, making it a truly unforgettable experience.
