I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, making the experience very comfortable. The view facing the canal was beautiful, especially at night, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions. Simply excellent — magnificent. The service was beyond impeccable. Exceptional staff! We felt completely comfortable and extremely well welcomed throughout our stay. From the reception team to the valet staff and housekeeping, everyone was incredible: always smiling, attentive, and thoughtful. They even checked to make sure everything was going well and that we didn’t need anything. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment — though I would call it a beautiful suite: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and a large living room with dining area. The kitchen is separate from the living room, which is perfect, and every room overlooks the canal with a beautiful view. All living areas are filled with natural light, making the apartment even more pleasant. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and coffee machine. Complimentary water and coffee were also provided. Whenever we needed anything, the team was always ready to help. There is also an additional room that we used as a storage/pantry space, connected to another bathroom with toilet — making a total of 3 bathrooms (two with bathtubs and one with a shower). The pool is simply incredible — almost Olympic-sized given its length. It is a peaceful and quiet place, perfectly insulated, making it ideal for working in complete comfort. The location is perfect: about 10 minutes from Burj Khalifa, with the ability to walk or run along the canal in a beautiful and pleasant setting. The hotel is also just a few steps away from upscale cafés and lovely nearby spots. They have also created a wonderful area for children. I never want to leave this hotel, lol. “Disappointed our canal view room was not available the 1st day. This was corrected the 2nd day.”

We paid extra to reserve a room with a canal view, but the room was not available when we checked in. The room the first day was not nice. On the second day, we were moved to a Canal View Room, which was nice.

“Convenient, great service”

After getting off the metro, there’s a direct bus that takes you right to the building, which is super convenient. The guy at the front desk was really friendly and even upgraded me to a bigger room with a large kitchen. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed.
