The management and staff are very professional. I would especially like to thank Paul from the front office and Dalvin from housekeeping for their excellent service and for always making me feel at home. Everything was good: location, cleanliness of the room, wifi, proximity of the hotel to restaurants and supermarkets, proximity of the hotel to Al-Raqqa metro and very good attitude of all the hotel staff, especially the hotel reception. I was really satisfied and will come to this hotel again in my next trips. Thank you to the good management and hotel staff.

“Great hotel, great staff, great location”
We stayed here for 4 weeks. I want to thank the staff for making us feel like we were at home with family throughout our stay. Very friendly, helpful and kind staff. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great. Will definitely recommend to others.

The staff was very cooperative, i was allowed early check in, which was of course very important to me because of my hectic travel, and arriving at the hotel around 6 AM.
