“Nice location, ample parking, rooms are clean and cozy, staff are supportive, overall great”
Pool view room was good. Facilities are good. Reception support was good. Ample covered parking space and within city.

“Claims to be a 4-star property, but the service and accommodations aren't even worthy of a 2-star rating.”
Absolutely nothing. The failure to honor our booking overshadowed the entire visit.
