Hotel is not complete in everything poor service you need to call all time to the reception to ask things that should be all in the room like toilet tissue box tessue fridge not working Tv not working the smell not fresh or not hygiene smell in short not ok 😞😞

Very late check in, because of the room still not clean. We came 4pm already and checked in at 6pm.we came from Abu dhabi and informed them our timing to have fast checking in., but not happened, No TV connection. So decided to go outside, to get tired and comeback direct to sleep. We stayed 2 days, in this situation. The bed is noisy and the bedding like not changed.
