“Perfect stay in a home away from home”

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment during our family trip to Dubai, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We were traveling with our two young daughters (1 year old and 3.5 years old), and the apartment was perfectly suited for a family. One of the highlights for us was the amazing location in Dubai Marina. Waking up and having breakfast while enjoying the sea view from the window was incredibly relaxing. We also loved the view of Ain Dubai, which is within walking distance—very convenient and a lovely area to explore. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with great taste and attention to detail. It truly felt like a home away from home, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What made a huge difference for us was the availability of baby equipment (high chair, baby bath, and travel cot). Traveling with young children can be challenging, and having these essentials already there was such a relief. The residence is also excellent, with a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor play areas for children, supermarkets right next door, and easy access to everything. We could walk in Dubai Marina, go to the beach, enjoy the swimming pool and do a lot of activities within walking distance. Finally, we would especially like to highlight the kindness, care, and availability of the host, who made our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a great time as a family, created beautiful memories, and we will definitely come back. We highly recommend this apartment 100%!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—within easy walking distance to the beach and local attractions, and with great access to public transport for exploring further. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully designed with thoughtful interior touches that made it feel like home. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the access to a very nice gym. Maria was a fantastic host; communication was easy, and she ensured we had a seamless check-in process. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay in this cozy apartment with a beautiful view. A convenient kitchen with all the essentials. A room with a balcony and a good mattress. A clean bathroom with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided. There were also two toilets and a washing machine available.

The location to the beach and marina was excellent. It is a well equipped apartment with a lovely view to the sea and wheel ..... admittedly, a few buildings in front but this didn't ruin it for us. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Comfortable bed! Very clean. Very responsive and helpful owners.

Great location in the marina and a short walk from JBR area and blue water. The apartment is beautiful and really well equipped and has everything you need. Plenty of towels and coat hangers (always a plus) The lounge is lovely, spacious light and airy, the bedroom is also spacious with a gorgeous balcony with a partial view of the wheel. The apartment was lovely and clean and the host was excellent to communicate with throughout. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We are experienced travelers. We liked this accommodation. Great location, next to a store, a view of the canal and the wheel from the windows) The apartment is clean, cozy, good dishes, there is everything you need for living and a great vacation. The hosts are a nice family. Responsive, always in touch. Do I recommend this place? Definitely yes👍👍

it's a perfect place for your vacation!! the location is great. close to the beach, to the tram and the metro. there is a perfect view at the Dubai EYE from the balcony. the apartment is perfectly clean, with everything you need. Maria is the best host i've ever met and i travel a lot. She is very helpful, generous and fast responding. the appartment is perfect for family or friends vacation. and the swiming pool is warm and perfect. Also there is a great fresh supermarket at the next building.

Very good and clear communication with owners. Apartament is very nice, with beautiful views. Everything what you need is there. Nice communal pool with really warm water. Location is amazing with short walk to the shops and Ain Dubai. Good, free underground parking. 10/10!!!

The apartment is just like the photos, beautifully clean with great facilities and a lovely view. The bed was super comfortable and the pool was wonderful. Maria was the most gracious and helpful host, her communication was excellent and she went over and above to answer all my questions and facilitate an early check in. We would definitely stay again if coming to Dubai 🙏🏻😀

“Superb with a superstar landlord”

Location, building amenities, apartment decor, apartment literally had everything you need (seriously, everything!), smart TV (Netflix/ Prime Video etc), high speed wifi, underground secure designated parking, grocery shop right next door, literally right next to the marina. But the best part of this property was Maria ( the landlord) she was the best. Very accommodating, flexible, quick to respond and an all round lovely person. Highly recommend!

“Easy, no complications. Classy unit”

Location couldn’t be better for access to trains, trams. Supermarket next door. Across the road to Jb beach and right in the marina. Owner was extremely helpful giving me tips and helping before my arrival.

In all truth, the apartment and the location are beautiful, and the most beautiful are the owners, Francesco and Maria, whose sophisticated treatment is the epitome of beauty Excellent cleanliness, preparation and arrangement
