Hotel rooms , bedlinens and washroom were very untidy. Even bedlinen was torn in many places. I would never recommend and never stay in this property.

Overall the experience was delightful however, just faced minor issues in terms of plumbing where there was no water pressure in both the washrooms given that the water mixer installed was quite old and this needs to be changed so that when both washrooms are used at a time there isn't any drop in water pressure. The ambience of the apartment felt like home and if you are a big family then this is a to go to place with shopping mall, grocery store around to get essentials.

“Spacious, convenient & value for money.”
We had 2 bedrooms apartment, which was very spacious and convenient with two bathrooms. The hotel provides water and toiletries on the first day, after that they clean rooms and deliver toiletries upon request. The kitchen has all the basic equipments if one wants to cook. We didn’t, only used the glasses for our need. The Hotel had one restaurant which has set menu for the breakfast included in your room. They also deliver the breakfast in room. The restaurant has other lots of options otherwise and the food is made fresh. The juices are freshly made and really good. The portions are a bit small I thought. The staff are sweet and simple. The Mall of emirates is just 4 mins walk. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The metro is very close by so it’s convenient.
