“TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BOOKING.COM”
Host did not know we were coming. Was not answering the phone. What was outrageous was booking.com approach! They told us to wait for an hour, and since they were not able to get him, they suggested we did a new research, without taking into account if we had data, time, other plans and they would deduct 60 euros. It is a shame they valuate this terrible inconvenience as 60 euros. Of course they refused to do their research, book sth similar or better, and let us know. The most frustrating part of booking.com was that they made us go through a new research while there was nothing at this place for that price +60. And we are talking for 4 nights here! I guess they would go bankrupt if they offered more tha +15 per night...
