Staff js very friendly, all staff from reception, spa workers, restaurant staff, hygiene staff, amazing people. Breakfast was excellent. Everything was tasty.Except white cheese for my taste was bitter

The spa is big and it has two outdoor thermal pools working in winter, which is very pleasant. The hotel provides bathrobes for the spa and towels, but you need your own pool footwear. We stayed in the lux room with a fireplace, so it was big enough, however, instead of shower it had a jacuzzi bath, it was a bit too much. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, though the furniture is not as new as it could be for the price we have paid. However, overall it was rather good.
