Perfect location with trees and shade and very nice terrace. The houses were not close together. The beer was in price and very good. :)

“This resort is in decay and lacks love and positive vibes”

Kacjak is a resort that seems frozen in the early 90s, which is a pity because the place really has potential. We were very lucky to get an apartment with a sea view, as there aren’t many of them. Our apartment was renovated and had everything you need for your stay, but there was a constant unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain, which was rather disturbing. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. If you want to avoid the main beach which is overcrowded, you can find other small places hidden by the coast in the resort. However most of them are FKK.

Fantastic old socialist resort, partially renovated. The bungalows are really cool, clean, wifi and AC. We’ve been here with the kids few days , 10 year’s old. They loved it. Ok, still a lot to do to get it back like it was in the 80ies… but if you want a peacefull place in the forest and nature, surrounded by a clear sea and a nice beach, feel free. Im not recommending it longer than 3-4days with children. But I trust in Jadran company to bring it back to old good style.

The location was great, with a full view of the sea. The bungalow was well equipped. The beach is great. You can park your car in front of the bungalow. The accommodations are some space apart, giving you some sense of privacy and some peace and silence. The food in the restaurant was nice.

This place was all i wanted! The location is beautiful and wild, you can feel the nature around you but still not far from nice small ports or the city center. We had a perfect beach for the kids but also wild rocky beaches with crystal clear water to have silent sup paddling! The bungalows were clean and perfectly fit in the surrounding!

Nice location. Close to the sea, nice beach. Nice view from the restaurant. Our rooms were good, with all that was needed.

I got a bungalow with sea view and I loved it. It’s spacious and peaceful with a natural vibe. The neighbours are not very close which is great. Bungalows are surrounded with trees so you have lots of natural shade. It’s perfect for dogs. The main beach was 450m away, the dog beach was 10m away. Moreover the breakfast was delicious with amazing view. It’s totally worth the money.

Very nice and newer apartments or mobile houses. It was clean, 2 tvs, interesting new tech in bathroom mirror.

It was easy to check in and check out. The staff was kind. The bungalow is quite okay, stylish. Everything looks new. The space inside is okay for a vacation, two "rooms", normal size bathroom and a minimal kitchen. The kitchen equipment is enough for four people, the terrace is big enough to sit down around the table. Although the place was full, the residential area was quiet. Also a good thing, that the car park was next to the bungalow. The environment is great, beautiful.

Bungalows are such a great idea. Beautifully designed and cozy. Morning and evenings sitting on the terrace was the best part.
