“Difficult”
I don't get to comment on a stay because there wasn’t one. After booking a one night stay stay for my husband for his travels, he arrived to only to not be allowed to enter the hotel with the code that was given for late hour entry. No one was there to help him, no one answered the phone or came to the door. I didn’t hear back from anyone until the next afternoon. I received my money back but my husband was left in a position to find another hotel the same night at 1am.

“Not good”
Breakfast was poor. Staff had no interest in replenishing the items or crockery. Had to ask for a bowl on both days for the cereals. Had to ask for coffee cups because they had all been used and they had to be retrieved from the dishwasher and even then they were not all clean. Butter had finished and not replenished Slice of ham cut in half, still there next day 16 steps to each floor. No staff in property after 5pm on Sunday Electric gate - for secure parking - failed Saturday night so they stayed open all weekend

Beautiful garden and restaurant looked nice but I didn’t use it. The room was exceptionally clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Yea and coffee making facilities.

“Comfortable and great location”
Friendly staff, beautiful courtyard and bar area. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The bedding was good and the air conditioning works well.

The hotel was really well located in the heart of the ville and the service was nice as all the team were smiling. But our room had no airconditioning as it was not working and that made our stay passable as we were not able to sleep at night because it was super hot. We informed this to one of the personnel but nothing was done. The shower also has mold on the walls, the room was not cleaned properly, and we did not have shampoo and soap for the 3 days we stayed there, they just provided for just overnight stay and for 1 person and we were two. The breakfast was not appealing for 12 euros and the dinner was not cooked properly (my friend ordered burger and the steak was cold and raw and the bread too). So even if the hotel is in good location with parking, the services let it down big time.

“Devastating experience. I highly advise you not to book.”
There is nothing at all that is likeable. I had booked an accommodation and when I got to the hotel, there was nobody there. No personnel, nobody to contact, no reception, no room. I waited and tried anything possible, but the hotel was simply deserted. I still have not got my money back. They took the money and left me standing in the middle of a foreign country, in the evening, with no room and no chance to get the room I booked and had already paid for. You would think this situation is bad enough - booking a room online, paying immediately online, but finding a deserted hotel when going there. But no: I DID NOT EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK. THE HOTEL NEVER REACTED. BOOKING.COM SIMPLY SAID, BAD LUCK, WE HAVE GOT A SENTENCE IN OUR POLICIES THAT WE ARE NOT OBLIGED TO GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK IN CASES LIKE THIS. So I learned my lesson. Booking.com lost me as a customer and this hotel is simply not recommendable if you do not want to end up giving them your money without getting anything in return. Terrible experience.

“Great location, friendly staff”
Location is excellent and easy walking distance to everything in the city. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is excellent. I highly recommend and will still there again in the future.
