Lovely Swedish environment and neighbourhood around! Clean, well equipped and nice little house for four persons. Good grill, hot tub and covered deck are very nice extra details! 🙂 Easy reach to Solliden and Kalmar for daily visits. Very good ICA Nära in Rockneby only 5 km away.

There was so much luxury in this well-planned apartment that we regretted only staying one night. The separate undercover and glassed-in verandah with BBQ and comfy lounge puts this place on an entire next level, and that is without mentioning the jacuzzi that was already hot and ready and super clean upon arrival. Even the air-conditioner and dishwasher was a touch of convenience which shows the thoughtfulness of the host. Very convenient in the middle of our long road-trip was the washer and separate dryer which allowed us to do multiple loads in one day. Clever stairs which takes up minimal space to to the generous sleeping area on the landing above, a large TV which can be enjoyed from the big and comfortable bed on the bottom level, and all you will ever need in a kitchen while enjoying the view of the water through the kitchen window. Small added luxury items like designer coffee mugs and imported wine glasses made us feel extra welcome and added to the high level of comfort the host is clearly aiming for.

Beautiful guest house with plenty of space in and around. A lot of things to see around there. Great facilities.

The location is perfect if you want some peace and quiet. The washer and dryer are convenient!

All amenities, big TV with streamlined channels, nice kitchen with what you need, comfi bed. Host did not disturb us. Jakuzzi was ready, but we did not use it.

Christmas holiday - hosts were away, nevertheless good, helpful, friendly communication. small space, but pleasant with everything you need for a self-sufficient getaway. Jacuzzi!!

Cozy beautiful stuga:) well equipped, clean, enough space for 4. The jacuzzi is wonderful:) view to the sea. Very nice TV. You can use barbecue facilities. The area is nice and elegant. We would like to come back.
