Extremely friendly host, lovely apartment in a wonderful location. Lovely walks directly from the apartment, ideal for dog walking and possible to leave the car in the secure parking area and walk for the day. We stayed 4nights and found plenty to keep us occupied, such as Annecy, villages around the lake, paragliding, Chamonix. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is fantastic, all newly renovated, lovely bathroom in particular, quiet location but only 1km from the beach and 2 minute walk to the local deli with fresh croissants, bread, exceptional local cheese, their own chocolates and bits and bobs of luxury like local wine and great cakes and pastries. The apartment is well located for shopping at Dussard including the great Monday market, we did a bike ride around the lake, starting straight from the door and climbed col de la forclaz , with the walk starting from the street the apartment is on. The apartment is spacious with great comfort, beautiful linen, well equipped kitchen, easy to cook with 2 hobs and an oven. Immaculately clean, everything you could need provided and the terrace is phenomenal, with great dining, lounge and apero furniture, all overlooking the mountains, with sun afternoon and evening. Christine was friendly and helpful with suggestions and ideas but she and her husband so discreet, you would not know they were there, felt very private. Perfect in every way, will be back

Practical clean and well situated and equipped for a stay of 3 Dog friendly with great views and relaxed. Lovely owner . Great patio/ outside area with shade. Suited us and we would return.

“Excellent and fantastic view”
Great apartment in a nice quiet village with all comfort and an amazing view from the terrace to the mountains (the terrace is really a plus). We enjoyed seeing the air balloons going up in the morning and the sunset in the evening. There are some very nice spots around the lake and lots of nature to enjoy. The village is also very nice for a walk. Good distance to Annecy for a day trip or even for a dinner, although there are very nice restaurants nearby. Very friendly and uncomplicated owners and they gave us some excellent tips of places to visit.
