“painful”
The personnel on the ground was very supporting, I did find several gaps and once I submitted my request, they were prompt to respond and give feedback. That was very appreciated.

“Nice residence”
The staff there are very friendly. I can't ask of more from such an amazing staff. Communication was top-notch. The residence cleanliness is another thing to acknowledge. The residence met with my expectations. I strongly recommend this residence.
