Only took a few minutes in a taxi to get there as the free shuttle bus had finished for the night(we arrived at 11.30pm)Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious plenty of choices, we got upgraded to a suite so the room was massive, exceptionally clean, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved that the hotel got in touch with us day before the arrival via WhatsApp, made our journey so much easier as we were able to book transfer from airport(which was for free) so much easier. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly, brilliant stay, 10 out of 10.

Free pick up from the airport. I rang and was instructed where to go to meet the driver. Car came just for me (as I was travelling on my own) in about 10 minutes. Went back to the airport in the morning to catch a bus to Verona Station. Car leaves on the hour and half hour.

WE arrived early to drop off bags but they allowed us to check in early and gave us a suite which was unexpected. There is a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms was great and included a mini fridge which had complementary water but soft drinks and beers were chargeable (not expensive either!)
