“We would happily stay here again”

The location was blissfully quiet with no traffic or airplane noise and hidden away in a huge walled garden. The photographs looked really good, but in reality it was even better. We met the owner, who lives in the big main house, who was absolutely lovely and available if we needed anything. Checking in was simple - a security code to get through the main gates and a security code to get the keys from a key safe in order to get into the flat. The accomodation is modern, clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We were only staying one night as we were on our way to Switzerland, but we would have happily stayed here longer. There is also an EV charging point at the house for those who need such things. Terrifric value.

We have stayed several times and like to try out each of the lovely converted buildings. The laundry is an architect's delight. Everything is new and well made. Everything works. This is a special place to stay.

Stunning property with excellent hosts. The rooms were very stylish, comfortable and clean. There is an electric car charger that you pay for on site. Which was a bonus.

The accommodation, facilities, surroundings, value for money, attention to detail. Absolutely the best value for money stay I've ever stayed at, this place could definitely charge double. Incredibly well thought out, everything you could possible need, and little chocolate and cakes, coffee, tea, sugar, body washes, washing up, couldnt have asked for more. And a gated entrance and driveway for your car to be safely parked over night.

Our second stay in the converted barn. Very comfortable and well appointed. Lovely location in small village. Within easy access to motorway.

Well equipped, modern conversion, easy parking, enclosed estate, quiet, always very clean, all gites are in separate buildings, the pigeonnier is charming and warm in winter. This was our fourth stay and we will be back. 20 mins from Troyes. 20 mins from Belvedere on Lac d'Orient.

Beautiful, quiet place in a lovely peaceful village, close to the lakes and not far from Troyes town.

Great cottage just enough for the two of us. It's the second time we've stayed here - we stayed for 2 nights this time and will definitely stay again. Spotlessly clean and spacious outside area. It was perfect for us. You can buy breakfast with 48 hours notice and buy local beers which weren't available last time.

Our short stay was very comfortable. The pigeonnier is a rebuild/replacement of an old greenhouse, independent of the main home. A smart well equipped appartment decorated to a very high standard. Quiet domain inside a pretty walled garden. We hope to visit again.
