Sebastien and his wife welcomed us into their lovely and comfortable home. They have taken on a beautiful property in this lovely and interesting village. A real hidden gem close to the free section of the a20. We had a lovely breakfast and wish we had booked dinner as it smelt amazing! He provided secure parking for our motorbikes too.

Tranquil room in an old, quiet and pretty village. The room was spacious and stylish. The big bed was very comfortable, we slept so well. Sebastian prepared very good dinner and breakfast.

The house is amazing, modern inside but keeping the traditional style at the same time. The view from the balcony is calming, you can "hear" the village's specific quietness (the chirping from the birds). Very good breakfast and very nice owners! Thank you very much!

Sébastien and his wife are very welcoming, easy talking yet very discreet. House is well renovated and charming. Breakfast is very good (homemade « pain perdu » when we stayed). We did not dine there as we arrived too late (10pm+). Thank you again

Lovely Chambres d'hotes. The room was charming, very comfortable. Sebastian was an excellent host. He cooked us an amazing dinner using all local produce. He is very knowledgeable about the local producers and the area as a whole. Breakfast was a huge spread, including fresh orange juice and coffee. This is a wonderful place to stay. I wish we could have spent more than 1 night.

Absolutely loved this place! My boyfriend and I originally booked this place for one night but ended up staying here for two nights. Sebastien and his family were so welcoming and helpful with everything. The rooms were spacious and clean. The views from the rooms were just gorgeous. The breakfast was very French and super yum! We’ll definitely be back ☺️

Very nice chambre d'hote, with lovely hosts and great breakfast. We stopped en route from Calais to Andorra, to break up the journey, but Travassac village and nearby Donzenac town were very interesting, so we would visit again for longer

We were made to feel very welcome from arrival to us leaving, the room was perfect and very clean, evening meal was really tasty and excellent value, the breakfast was also excellent with local products available to try. All in all a perfect experience Thank you so much

The breakfast was beautifully presented and there was plenty. We particularly liked the 'savoury brioche'. The house was further away from the A20 than we had expected but it was so quiet and so our sleep was undisturbed in very pleasant surroundings.

The hosts were very welcoming. They are immensely proud of their heritage with local products featuring in the meals. The prearranged evening meal was substantial, tasty and great value. The location just off the motorway is ideal. The renovation of the village house is impeccable
