“Even better than expected!”

1. The hosts: Ivan and Anita are very friendly and they do everything to make their guests feel satisfied and comfortable. They are always there to help. We received home made pršut, cheese etc. Nothing is a problem. I would give more than 10 stars :) 2. The house: very clean, comfortable, well equipped and spacious. There are three floors. In the “basement” there is a great relax area with TV, table tennis, darts, chess, billiard. Even at the hottest days there is always very pleasant temperature. You van use A/C in the entire house. The rooms are big enough, beds are comfortable, in all windows you can find nets against mosquitos, cabinets. On both living floors there are smart TVs with Netflix etc. There is nothing you have to bring as the kitchen is fully equipped. 3. The area around the house: Wow! Fantastic pool, cleaned by Ivan every second day, football field, mini golf, basketball, badminton… We spent there every evening (when the sun went down). You have an absolut privacy there. If you enjoy running or cycling you can use surrounding paths in the forrest. Some bikes are ready for you at the house! There is also a grill and small playground for the kids. 4. The village: some 5 minutes by car. Two shops (Zelenac, Tommy) in which you can find practically anything. Also two local bars that serve very good coffee. 5. Other: Just go there, you will not regret at all. It is not at the sea but it takes only 40 minutes to Split and there is also some kind of magic when you see the mountains from the large terrace in the evening

“We loved the place as it was perfect for relaxation and enjoying time in a bigger group and we are considering returning”

The place was perfect for our needs, which was to spend a relaxing vacation with family including 2 teenagers and an 8 yr old. Apart from the lovely garden, we loved the spacious pool area as well as the activities area which we used a lot in the evening when it was less hot. The House is cozy and nicely decorated and personlized so you feel at home. And well equiped as well. The location was a bit secluded but close to a small town but this suited us really well. Some days we spent on sightseeing but we always looked forward to getting back to the House again! :) Also worth mentioning is that Ivan is a really fantastic host and was very helpfull whenever needed. We hardly book the same House twice but we are definitely considering coming back to this one! :)

“Hideaway Heaven for everyone ❤️”

the Villa is a real hideaway but also good for trips to split, trogir etc. We went to split a few times. Ivan the host is super kind and organized a driver for us:) besides the nice living room with a grand kitchen you have a nice salted pool + all sport activities one need and know! ivan is always open for questions and is doing his best, we really enjoyed having him as a host in such a cool place!

“Heaven on Earth !!”

What an incredible place to stay !!! As soon as you arrive, you notice the incredible service. We were picked up by the host right on the main road and treated to a meal in the villa and beer. Ivan is incredibly friendly and cares about every single guest. After the tour of the villa, we all quickly realised that we couldn't have picked a better place. The bar was already filled and we could take whatever we wanted. The party cellar is huge and full of activities (table tennis, billiards, darts, chess, karaoke). Then outside there is a football pitch, basketball hoop, mini golf, volleyball, badminton, boccia, archery, bikes,..and much more). The best thing of all was the pool with salt water and many different sunbeds and giant umbrellas. We could hardly decide what to should do first. Whoever doesn't have fun here can't be helped! Every evening we heated up the barbecue and had a nice meal. The way to the sea is not far but not necessary because every day not spent in the villa is a lost day. The villa is huge and beautiful and very very clean! They take great care to keep everything nice and clean. There is even a jacuzzi in the upstairs bathroom. A huge plus point is that there are no neighbours and no one gets upset about how loud you are. We also had two dogs with us who could move around freely without having to worry. On the last evening we were all very sad to leave this beautiful place so early. We will certainly come back and stay at least 10 days as a week here is almost too short. A big thank you to the host and a big compliment for everything that was offered here. You probably won't find a better place in the whole of Croatia. The name is more than justified! Luxury Heaven is the best place you can book for a really great holiday.
