My room was too hot. I changed the temperature on the thermostat but it didn´t help. I stayed four nights, I complained 3 times to staff without result.

Everything was perfect and of an exemplary standard -what really "stood out" was the staff - NOTHING was any trouble on any level and all staff had a good understanding of what to do with any circumstance - well done!! Such great value for money!! We are retuning next week and will be happy to give feedback further.
