We were offered choice of sea view room or a quieter room at back, we chose sea view - could hear the road at times but didn't bother us at all. The room was comfy and well equipped, staff were very friendly and helpful. Really good value for money.

“It was okay. Nice staff, cute kittens.”
The staff was friendly and we were able to check into our room early which was nice. It was quiet and right across from the beach. There are also two very cute kittens at the hotel.

The size of the room. The location and the view. The owner of the hotel Thu took me for a tour around Dong Hoi on the back of her bike which I very much appreciated. Thank you Thu.

“Amazing hotel with beach view”
Amazing hospitality Lucy was very kind and allowed for early check-in. She also upgraded a better room for early check-in. Have a couple beach street food and hangout bars open late night

“Avoid.”
Nothing I liked. I believe that was a pretty good location, cannot say exactly as this stay put me off from Dong Hoi the very next day. I didn't see it worthy to spend time around the hotel. The receptionist we met in the morning was quite friendly, accepted the cancellation with no questions with further refund.

Candy was an exceptional host. She cared for my daughter and I when my daughter was sick, made us food and drove us to the train station for no extra cost. She was so good to chat to about her life.

The owner was extremely friendly, helpful, open and warm. Likewise her younger sister and her husband (gave me a lift to the bus station to catch the local bus going to Phong Nha). The room was clean, large and equipped with everything necessary. It was possible for me to rent a bike and basically ride it to Hue :)

“The view and the location make you forget the lack of equipment”
Wonderful location. Amazing view. Located on the beach close to bars and restaurants. Very nice lady for managing the hotel. Helpful. Smiling. Speaking English properly. A lift available. Decent breakfast.
