My stay at Phong Bac Luxury Hotel was quite mixed. The welcome was warm, and I really appreciated the staff’s kindness and flexibility. I had made a mistake with my booking, and they changed it without any issue, which was very helpful. However, the room was not very pleasant, with a noticeable humidity smell. The cleanliness was also average and could definitely be improved. Overall, a positive experience with the staff, but the comfort and upkeep of the rooms did not fully meet my expectations.

Almost brand new. Lovely room looking out to the sea. Too much for my needs really. Staff were exceptionally attentive

“Friendly staff”

Probably one of the best views we've had for a while. Our room gave us a panoramic view of the ocean and the beach and at night we could see the lights of Hainan. The bed was comfortable, the staff were all so friendly and genuinely happy. We were very well looked after.

“Luxury hotel in a ghosttown”

Great view from window to beach. Bed is very comfortable, has mini fridge, kettle, and nice coffee replenished each day. Free breakfast was ok - they packed us a travel breakfast the day we left early which was very kind of them! Staff were very friendly. Separate shower, big tv, clean towels etc.

Great view, nice and kind stuff, amazing Great hotel with an excellent view and a very convenient location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was also very tasty with a good selection of food..

The woman at the desk was lovely, helpful and spoken English well. We had to checkout very esrly to catch a train and she made sure we had a boxed breakfast that ead resdy to go. So kind. Breakfast at the hotel was good and generous

Phu Ong Bak Luxury Hotel in Dong Hoi is a fantastic place to stay! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very well organized. What impressed us the most was the staff – incredibly caring, kind, and always eager to help. Their dedication and warmth made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service!

“Stay here only if a good deal and have a car”

Just next to the beach, opposite the street. Spacious room, and large bathroom. Good breakfast, all-inclusive style. Beautyful view at the sea.

Hotel was new so facilities were amazing. We met lots of youth who were so talented whilst walking the esplanade. Thr people were always happy 3rd

Communication with the staff was difficult, they are very friendly but dont really speak English. Rooms are okay, sea side view was nice!
