We booked this hotel via booking.com more than 8 hours in advance. Sent 2 messages both via message and booking with no response. Arrived with no one in reception. Called twice, someone answered the phone and put the phone down. The resort looked closed with no one around. Too this day, we have still not heard anything. So we booked CKC Thien Duong, amazing service and excellent accommodation. Highly recommend this hotel over Manli!
